What does a vet AI scribe cost per vet?
Published entry plans start at $29 per vet per month (PawfectNotes), and unlimited plans run from $59 (PawfectNotes) to $150 (ScribbleVet) on annual billing. 4 tools also have a free plan (PawfectNotes, Scribenote, OpenBark, Digitail Tails VIP). Which AI scribes connect directly to ezyVet?
CoVet and VetRec document a direct ezyVet connection. Several others write into ezyVet through a browser extension. ezyVet's own AI-Assisted Notes beta ends November 1, 2026. ezyVet list.
Does the scribe need to integrate with my practice software at all?
No, but it decides how much copying you do. A direct connection pulls the day's appointments in and sends the finished note back to the right patient. Copy-paste works with anything and costs you a minute or two per visit, which adds up across a full day of appointments.
